Love, it seems to be the theme of the month and not just because Valentine’s Day happened to fall in this month. I’ve seen it come up countless times this month.

Love when it is hard.

Love is a verb.

Love expecting nothing in return.

Love like our Heavenly Father, be creative & intentional.

Love genuinely.

Continue to love when they fail you, succeed or have a mediocre day.

At church, my pastor was talking about how the Father’s love for us is foreign to worldly love. And if we set our standards on how the world loves, we will never fully love completely or understand Him, who is love.

Then I saw this video. It reminded me of a simple act done in genuine love can truly transform lives.

Will you choose to love everyone around you, no matter their history with you or background? Will you light your world and let the love of God shine through you?

Well said Liz, if only we would truly love as our Father loves us! It is a daily attribute to strive for.
